Spacious Room in Lewisham Short Term Let

Hello everyone!! We have a double room available in our lovely maisonette flat in Lewisham.

The flat itself has large windows throughout, so it’s bright and full of natural light. There’s also a large lounge, seperate kitchen and balcony.
The flat is across 2 floors, and is situated on the 2nd floor of the building. The building has no lift.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, Charlotte (F) in one, and me and my partner Flo (F) in another. All three of us are Artists/Creatives and do various jobs outside of that. We enjoy chatting, and occasionally hosting friends, but we also respect each other’s space and quiet time. The flat has a friendly and relaxed vibe. The room comes with a double bed, desk and large chest of drawers.
The room is £730.00 per month, bills are included.

We are ideally looking for someone to sublet for 3-4 months, there is some flexibility so let us know about your situation. There also could be some potential for the sublet to extend but we won’t know until closer to the time, so can’t promise this.



Location wise we are a 10 min walk from Lewisham Centre, with plenty of shops, cafés, and a big market. Elverson Road DLR is just 2 mins from the flat and Lewisham train station is a 7 min walk - with frequent trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Victoria. In the other direction its a 20 min walk to both Greenwich and Deptford. And Brockley Market is a 15 min walk away every Saturday!

The flat itself is a maisonette, on the upper level, situated in an 80’s housing estate. The area is very peaceful and quiet, with friendly neighbours.
