Double Room Available - Right by Lewisham Station

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate to join me in a lovely flat right next to Lewisham station.

My current flatmate is moving out, and we’ve been in the property for just over a year. I’m hoping to find someone who’d like to continue that good vibe and make the place feel like home :)

The room is available from end of March or end of April (flexible). Rent is £1000 per month, with bills coming to roughly £185 per month (Council tax Band C). The flat is literally moments from the station (DLR and National Rail), so it’s ideal for anyone commuting into London Bridge, Canary Wharf or central London.

A bit about me: I’m 30 and work as a secondary school teacher. I’m into philosophy, reading, and loooove crafting. I’m fairly chilled during the week but enjoy good conversation and the occasional cosy evening in with a glass of wine. It’s not really a party-flat, but it’s also not a silent, awkward vibe either.

I’m looking to live with someone who is:
– Tidy and considerate
– Respectful of shared spaces
– Independent but open to getting along and making the place feel like a home

It would suit a working professional who wants a calm, comfortable and grown-up living environment.
