Double Room 2 mins from Lewisham Station

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate to join me in a lovely flat right by Lewisham station.

My current flatmate is moving out, and we’ve been in the property for just over a year. I’m hoping to find someone who’d like to continue that good vibe and make the place feel like home :)

Available from early April (or May for the right person). Rent is £1000 per month, with bills coming to roughly £170 per month each (Ctax Band C). The flat is moments from the station (DLR/National Rail), so it’s great for anyone commuting into London Bridge/ Canary Wharf (plus there's an added bonus of a concierge!).

A bit about me: I’m 30 and a teacher. I love crafting, going for long walks and reading critical/cultural theory, philosophy and Japanese fiction :) I don't go out out but enjoy an occasional glass of wine in the evening ☺️

I’m looking to live with someone who is considerate of a shared living space, and independent but open to getting along to make the flat feel like a home 🏡
