Renting spare room in my flat

We are a married couple in our mid-20s looking for a tidy, friendly flatmate to share our home. We’ve been living here for 1.5 years and still have 1.5 years left on our contract. Our second bedroom is currently unused, so we’d love to bring someone in who feels comfortable and at home here.

The room is suitable for one person, though we’re also open to considering a couple. You’ll have access to all shared appliances and everything already in the flat.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and generally easy-going, as we value a calm and tidy home environment. A female flatmate would be preferred due to shared living arrangements and comfort levels.
