Modern flat with Ensuite - 8 mins to LDN bridge

Hey! My lovely housemate is moving in with her partner after 3 years in September so l am looking for a new housemate to share the living space with. Sorry no students or couples.
It's a gorgeous open plan flat with a spacious double room in central Lewisham, extremely close to the train station, DLR and bus stops.
The flat is in a great location for commuting - it has fast direct links to London bridge, Bank, Waterloo, Cannon Street, Greenwich, Canary Wharf and Charing Cross. 1 stop to London bridge (8 mins train). All these areas are accessible direct within 10-30 mins max. It’s roughly 10-15 minutes to Blackheath and Greenwich which is perfect for bike rides and picnics in the park during summer it also has plenty of foodie spots.
You will have your own bathroom (I currently have the large main bathroom to myself as you have an ensuite).
The flat has a large open plan living room and kitchen, with a dining area and a balcony, on the 5th floor.
The building has reception downstairs to collect parcels and is in an extremely central location. The shopping centre is opposite the building which is super convenient along with 2 gyms within 5 mins walk, a lovely cafe next to the building and a ton of amenities and shops and restaurants within 10 mins walking distance.

As a personality, I am looking for very clean professionals, who are respectful - happy to have the odd glass of wine with you too and would love to be able to be friends with who | live with, although I completely respect personal space and time.
About me - I'm 31, and an interior designer,
I work in the studio 3 days a week and work from home for 2 days. Would ideally be looking for a young professional flat mate who shares similar interests.
I am a very sociable person and love to meet new people and make new friends. I love getting dressed up and enjoying cocktails with the gals but also enjoy staying at home with Netflix and my PS5.
I keep my place tidy and like to take pride in wherever I'm living. I'm very chilled and would be happy to hangout but I also enjoy some “me-time” every now and then.

Rent is £1100 each plus bills.
