Hi, I have a room available at my house, close to Lewisham station and the DLR. It is a double room in the house; it is only two people in the house. He is 40, and I am 33; we both work long hours in hospitality, so we are not actually at home much. It is a 3-bedroom house with a garden and a living room. We don't have pets, and we don't smoke.
