Vita Student Lewisham Studio Takeover

Studio contract takeover at Vita Student Lewisham Exchange, Exchange Point, Loampit Vale, London SE13 7NX, from 5 September 2026. The original 51-week rate is £395/week. Vita Student allows an approved replacement tenant to choose either 51 weeks at £395/week or 44 weeks at £434.50/week. The incoming tenant must pass Vita Student approval and sign a new tenancy directly with Vita Student. Please do not pay before the official Vita process is complete.
