Room available in friendly 2-bed Lewisham flat

About me: I am a classical professional pianist, sometimes travelling with work, mostly teaching 2 plus days a week at a music conservatoire and playing concerts and importantly sometimes practising piano at home (my baby grand piano is in the living room). I am in my 40s and am in a phase of life where career is a priority.

My flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend and this will happen quickly. The room is available Sept 17th (there is a little bit of potential flexibility on this).

The flat is nice but not enormous so would best suit someone who is not only working from home.
I am ideally looking for someone friendly but also respectful of each other’s space and things.

There are good transport links from the flat: 10 minutes walk to Ladywell train station, 15 minutes to walk to Hither Green and 17 mins to Lewisham DLR and train stations. There are a huge number of bus routes from Lewisham Fire Station (4 minutes away)
