Double room in spacious light flat

I am a live in landlord looking for another lodger to join me and my existing lodger who has been here for over 2 years. It is my second home and I am a civil servant who stays from time to time but you will be mostly sharing it with my male lodger. In his own words: Friendly mid 30s creative professional also working in direct sales. Fairly introverted, tidy and respectful of shared space. Works from home one or two days a week.

The room is a loft extension on its own floor with a compact en suite (shower, sink, toilet). The flat is on a quiet road close to the station and has good sun light.

Bills included are: utilities; council tax and internet.
