Looking for a flatmate in 2 bed share

I am Sidhi! My flatmate is moving out as he is buying his own place, and so I’m looking for someone to rent his room.

Things to know:

1200 includes all bills (Rent is £1050 + £100 Council Tax + £80 all other bills)

Lewisham Station is 5 mins walk
Elverson Road Station (DLR) is 5 mins walk

Gym membership included

Parking spot available

Tesco Superstore is 5 mins walk away
Premier Corner Shop is 2 mins away
Lewisham Shopping Centre is 10 mins away

A little about me

I’m a full-time professional, who works hybrid so sometimes home and sometimes not. I love going out but I also love a chilled night in. I’d love to get along with my flatmate and hangout but I would equally appreciate their personal space.

A couple of my interests: I love watching films, going on walks, going to music festivals and gigs.

I like to keep the place fairly tidy. (No shoes household vibes).
