I have a nice room available on the Lewisham / Blackheath borders. The flat is a short walk to Lewisham train station and the green spaces of Blackheath's Heath are just a stones through away. Tesco's 24-hour store is also close by.

The room is clean and fresh, with a new carpet fitted and also a new bed. The bathroom has recently been redecorated and a new kitchen floor will be fitted in Jan/Feb.

It is essential that prospective tenant maintain the flat in a clean and tidy state. It is also essential that the new tenant is respectful to the existing tenant - who needs a quiet flat to relax when she is not working.

Please note, that there is no living room with this flat. This is more than compensated for by the large size of the room.
