We are a household of professionals and looking for a tidy, clean, conscientious and responsible housemate who loves cats - there are two. This is not a party house, as we are all working people with different schedules, but we do love to have a cuppa or glass of wine in the garden and a long chat. Together with another tenant you will share your own entrance, kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower. Lovely garden, communal areas are cleaned every fortnight, this is included in the rent, as are bills and broadband.
