Friendly flatshare in Lewisham!

Hello,

Our lovely flatmate Dan is moving back to Australia so we need to find someone to replace him.
His room is a double with a lovely south facing window with lots of sunshine!
There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room and balcony, the whole flat is pretty spacious, light and airy.

You'd be sharing with myself - a music student and Sophie, a design student. We are both very friendly and chilled people who love cooking (and eating!), yoga/swimming/running, reading, watching a good film and socialising. We love hanging out together when we have time, but equally both have pretty erratic and busy lives so also cherish our peaceful flat.

We're looking for someone who thinks they'll enjoy our flat as much as we do! We were all strangers when we moved in and were very lucky as we are all really good friends now, so we'd love to make a new friend!
We don't necessarily want someone who's very similar to us, (Dan isn't - but we still get on really well) we just want someone happy and chilled. We are neither super tidy nor super messy.
