I have a double room to rent in my home situated in central Lewisham (zone 2). The room is furnished with a double bed (with lots of storage underneath), a wardrobe and large chest of drawers. Extra storage space available in the spare room if required. The bathroom is shared with just me. Downstairs is a spacious open-plan kitchen living room. Kitchen has D/W and washing machine-dryer. Freeview TV and internet included.

There is a garden to the back of the property with a small patio area and lawn which is a bonus in London.

The property has great transport links - situated within ten-fifteen minutes walk of Lewisham station with quick and easy connections to central London (10 minutes to London Bridge and 20 minutes to Charing Cross and Victoria by train) and Greenwich, as well as all the local amenities in central Lewisham. Also a 15 minute walk to Blackheath which has a variety of nice shops, restaurants and bars.

You would be living with me, Henrietta – a 32 year old professional and live-in landlord. Looking to find a tidy and considerate housemate who is happy to live alongside my cat Matilda (usually well behaved). Happy to socialise and also spend time alone as and when... I enjoy watching films, cooking (baking), going out with friends and travelling when possible.
