Hi All,

I rent the second bedroom of my 2 bed flat in lewisham. You will be sharing with me... a 39 y/o female professional.

I am a commercial manager for a healthcare company so I work from home most days (in my room)

I am looking for a female flatmate who is working or studying full time (occasional WFH is ok - 1-2 days .)

I’m often home cooking, watching tv or out for dinner on week nights so someone who is up for sharing a meal or watching TV would be nice but equally the flat/room is big enough for you to enjoy your own space.

The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk/dressing table and a wardrobe. There is plenty of storage in the flat.

Kitchen, Bathroom, shower/bath/toilet... all the necessities.

The building is four floors and has a large communal garden.

Lidl is next door , handy for a reasonably priced bottle of wine on a Wednesday. Marks and Spencer or Sainsburys are close by if you fancy something nicer..

Blackheath, Greenwich and a number of parks are close by. Plenty of affordable gyms and all we need is a good brunch spot 🤞

10 min walk or a short bus ride to lewisham stn: zone 2/3 DLR or national rail. London bridge in 10 mins, charing cross or Cannon Street in 20mins!

NO SMOKERS…..
or pets. Unless you have an indoor rabbit… that’d be fun.

Room is £875 including all bills

(Based on Gas/Elec not exceeding £70 useage per month)

Deposit is (£435)advance rent and bills this ensures you are always ~2 weeks ahead, use as rent credit when you move out.
