Small Double bedroom in Lewisham houseshare

I've got a simply furnished and reasonably priced small double bedroom at the front of the house. Very light and airy room with desk, clothes hanger, double bed, draws, old fireplace and some of my decorations which your welcome to keep as much or as little of my things around the place to help you out if you wish. Looking for maximum 6 weeks rent but no more as I start a summer job middle of July, if you need a month then get in contact too. The house has a spacious garden with a homemade BBQ and summer furniture. There is a big kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/ freezer and a basement living room with a small window in it. This room is stupidly big but we've got a couple of sofas and a couple of beds for having people over and watching movies on our projector and speakers, nice place to hang out in the evening, there's also a dining room table in it. Big bathroom with bath and shower, extra toilet downstairs too. As a house we're all students, really easy going bunch who are on their holidays, they'll very unlikely be all the other 6 house mates around when you are as people are going on holidays and popping home but there will be some. 5 minute walk to Lewisham DLR and national rail station, loads of bus links all over south east and some to central London, really near night bus stops as well.
