My name is Donna and I am a live-in landlord. I share this cosy flat, which has a lovely south facing garden, with one female flatmate and my cat Ziggy. I am looking for a friendly female flatmate. It would suit a professional or a mature student (well situated for Goldsmiths, Greenwich University, Trinity College of Music and Laban and very close to Lewisham Hospital). There is not a shared living room.

The Victorian terraced flat is situated in a quiet residential road a short walking distance from Hither Green Station (Zone 3) providing excellent transport links to London Bridge (11 mins), Charing Cross (20 mins) and Cannon St (20 mins). Lewisham Station (Zone 2) and DLR is a short bus ride away. The 54, 208, 199, 47, 136, 185 bus routes stop at the bottom of my road.

Rental includes council tax, water rates, tv license and broadband internet connection. Gas and electric bills are shared between three and paid on a monthly basis. The flat is double-glazed and central heated with bath, power shower and separate WC. Kitchen facilities include gas cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
