The Victorian terraced flat is situated in a quiet residential road a short walking distance from Hither Green Station (Zone 3) providing excellent transport links to London Bridge (11 mins), Charing Cross (20 mins) and Cannon St (20 mins). Lewisham Station (Zone 2) and DLR is a short bus ride away. The 54, 208, 199, 47, 136, 185 bus routes stop at the bottom of my road.

Rental includes council tax, water rates, tv license and broadband internet connection. Gas and electric bills are shared between three and paid on a monthly basis.
