This shared house is ideal for the professional tenant. Situated close to the DLR with easy access to the City via Lewisham or Hither Green stations with internet access in each room.

We have a refurbished Victorian house with a room available for professional tenants.

We have a room available on the 2nd floor in a shared house in a private section of the house which is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers at £850 pcm

The fully fitted kitchen is shared with 3 others and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, Fridge Freezer and Microwave..

The house is divided into 2 separate units with a separate kitchen on both the ground floor and the first floor for the upstairs tenants.

There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a separate shower, sink and toilet and a 2nd one with a bath with a shower over it, toilet and sink, so no queuing in the mornings.

The rent is inclusive of wired internet access from each room, wi fi, gas central heating, electric, water and council tax. We also provide a cleaner once a fortnight who attends to the communal areas.

We are looking for professional tenants preferably, with references.

We are a 5-10 minute walk from the DLR with direct access to London Bridge and historic Greenwich all approximately 8 minutes away. Canary Wharf journey time is approximately 15 minutes away. An alternative station to use close by is Hither Green which gives further choices of train routes.

More buses run through Lewisham town centre than than along Oxford Street. It is serviced by 24 bus routes and 6 night bus routes with destinations around south east and central London.

Lewisham has a wonderful array of eating establishments, a large variety of well known High St name shops along with independent speciality retailers and pubs.
