Looking to share with a professional female. I work long hours in the week from home and I balance this out with a good social life on the weekends. I want someone who is mature, respectful and considerate. A willingness to share cleaning duties is VERY essential.

The room is available from early January 2025 and preferably minimum of six months stay.

I would also accept someone who wants to stay Mon-Fri with a reduced rate.
