I’m renting out the spare room in my lovely, modern flat. The flat is 4 mins walk to Lewisham station for dlr to Canary Wharf or the city and trains into central London. There is a gym, yoga studio and Asda on the ground floor of the building.
The room is fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, drawers and a bed. The flat has a kitchen/living area, which you are welcome to use, I have Netflix, amazon prime and nowtv subscriptions and love a box set. There’s a shared bathroom, and a washer dryer. There’s high speed internet.
You’d be living with me, I’m a professional working in central London, and sometimes from home. I like to cook, and if I’m not out for dinner with friends etc, most nights after work I’m catching up on tv. Also, Daisy the cat lives here. She is currently not allowed in the spare room and you’re welcome to keep her out if you wish.
