Hello , I am a live in landlord with a creative and friendly household( currently 2 girls and 1 guy / me !) I am looking to let a room to a single female as one of the girls is sadly leaving next month.
The room is spacious with a lovely wooden floor newly painted walls and a brand new bed. It would suit a a professional female of any type and we would make you feel very welcome.
The house is a quiet one as I have a creative studio which I work from. There is lots of space for privacy and a garden area also.
We are in a nice part of Leyton , lots of green spaces around . Both Leyton tube station and Leyton Midland overground are few minutes walk away. There is also Francis road with its Delis , coffee shops and Pause yoga studio.
