I have a double en-suite room in a 4 bedroom house to let.
We are a family made up of Mum and two children (11 and 14). Children live in the property half the time as I am a co-parent. We also have a cat.
You will be on the top floor of the house with double bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, sink and shower).
Location is great - v close to Leyton tube (less than 5 mins) and Stratford, with the Olympic Park and Westfield a short walk away.
I am a professional working full-time. I have an active social life with and without my children and am away at weekend fairly regularly. Would like someone to move in who is comfortable sharing the space with me and the kids when they are here.
I am looking for someone who doesn't tend to work from home and would be happy to use the room as their base with access to the kitchen of course. When myself and the children are not around you are very welcome to use the living room etc.
