Double room in Leyton

Hi there,
There's a double room available in our beautiful place in Leyton! We need someone ASAP, moving date 29th of October.
The house is massive! 2 full bathrooms, a big kitchen, a tv room and a big back garden with a bbq area and a chimenea burner. The KITCHEN and main BATHROOMS ARE BRAND NEW!
The house is located on a quiet road 2 minutes walk from Leyton underground station. There's a massive shopping area 3 minutes away (24h Asda, Poundland, B&Q, TKMaxx...). Stratford, the Olympic Park and Hackney Marshes are stone's throw too.
You would be sharing with 3 young professionals (2 females and 1 males) working in hospitality. It's a very active household - we do lots of gardening, we love cooking and sitting by the fire. You would also be sharing with our lovely cat Aki, the most beautiful and lovable feline in the world.
