Double room in a stylish house with garden

Hi there!

I’m looking for a friendly new housemate to join me in my 2-bedroom home from 11th October.

The room is large and bright, with two bay windows, a large wardrobe, a smaller open wardrobe/hanging space, and a double bed. Rent is £1,475 (bills included).

You’ll be sharing with me! I’m Aimée, a 40-year-old creative director working in advertising, and my lovely labradoodle, Barkley. It’s important that you’re a dog lover, as Barkley is a big part of the home and daily life here. I live a sober, pescatarian lifestyle, and this house is very much my sanctuary. It’s not a party house, but I do enjoy socialising out of the house, the arts, culture, gigs, fashion, nature, dogs, yoga, and the occasional party night out. Weekdays are generally calm, as I work full-time and have a pretty busy schedule.

The house itself has recently been refurbished. It’s a terraced home with:

A modern bathroom

A spacious, open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and large double fridge, leading onto a sunny south-facing garden

A separate living room at the front of the house, perfect for relaxing

I’d love to find a working professional with a similar vibe, someone respectful, independent, and easygoing, who also appreciates a peaceful and welcoming home. I’m happy to share a dinner or plans together now and then but equally content to live alongside someone who values their own space.
