It is located 5 minutes away from Leyton tube station and 10 min walk from Stratford tube station. The buses (58, 69, 97, 158, N205) are just a few seconds walk from the house.
Supermarkets Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco and Waitrose are close 5-10 min walk.
Also a few gyms are around, Westfield shopping centre 10 min walk as well.
The room comes with Washing Machine and a Tumble dryer.

The Bills are included, such as: Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity and internet and a cleaner once a week.

Deposit of £500, and
Two weeks rent of £380 to be paid in advance.

Conditions of renting:
Full time workers preferred.
Room is for single occupancy only.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or drugs are allowed.
One month notice needs to be given prior to leaving the house.
