We’re looking for a new housemate to join our welcoming, all-women, queer-friendly houseshare in a spacious Edwardian terraced home, just 7 minutes’ walk from Leyton Underground Station.

About the house
Our home has a large shared living and dining room (perfect for cosy evenings in), a garden for warmer days, and plenty of character throughout. We’re a short walk from the Olympic Park, Hackney Marshes and Wanstead Flats. There’s also a retail park 7 minutes away with an ASDA and other handy shops.

About the room
The available room is a large double in a loft conversion, so it’s bright and full of natural light. It comes with its own en-suite shower room, offering plenty of privacy. The room comes with a double wardrobe; the bed is optional, it's a day-bed (it extends from single to king size). There is a large eaves storage for suitcases or large items. About us
You’ll be living with three friendly women who work across the charity and creative sectors. We enjoy cooking, hosting friends, watching TV in the evenings, and heading out to the cinema or galleries. It’s a sociable house, but we also respect each other’s space and schedules.

We’re hoping to find someone who is:
- Ideally, a woman of colour
- Open to different faiths
- Looking for a long-term stay (minimum 6 months)
