Single or Double Room in Fun Creative Flat

Yellow! I am looking for a new flatmate to live with me in our bright creative flat 🎶📸🎨☀️and I have two optional rooms to rent: a single or a double bedroom ( I would stay in the one that won’t be taken).

Heads up!! - I would say this is NOT a place to be stuck inside the bedroom all the time. Shared spaces are meant to be used and nurture our wellbeing and I am planning to travel more for work

A small and cosy single bedroom for single occupancy (I know it would be odd otherwise, but I always prefer to play it safe and clarify).

ABOUT THE FLAT 🏡

It’s a 1st floor sunny Victorian house with a living room, back garden, big kitchen, and one bathroom. I also have my own art / music studio at home. You’d be living only with me.

The whole place is fully furnished, including internet extenders throughout the flat.

The flat is located in E11 4BN (Leyton), in a quiet residential area with a lovely neighbourhood feel.
• 10 min walk from Leyton station (Central Line – quick access into Central London)

My name is Clap and I’m a career-driven queer (gay) artist with a positive mindset and personality.

I’m a singer-songwriter, dancer, actor, model, and tarot reader (aspiring astrologer). I’m a respectful tenant and have been living here for 4 years, with the mindset that when I leave, it will be to move into my own property.

I consider myself a diplomatic, fair, and respectful human and friend - Most of the people I've lived with turned in good friends and I’d love to live with someone who is also in a stage of life where they are pursuing their purpose, who is tidy, communicates clearly, pays bills on time, and keeps the space clean and neat as they found it.

I’m a fun character and enjoy fun moments, but this is not a party house. Guests are more than welcome, and sleepovers are okay as long as we communicate (a last minute message does the job).

• Long-term and short-term both possible
• 1 month notice required when leaving (although would be ideal to have notice as early as possible )
• you would need to provide right to rent in the UK and sign a addendum at the agency contract
