* Approximately 20 minutes to Stratford by bus, and even less by train.
* Two parks nearby 🌳
* Four local corner shops, open until 11pm, with more shops just a 10-minute walk away. 🛍️

💕 A Little About Me:

I’m 29, a working professional who splits my time between the office and working from home (with excellent Wi-Fi most of the time! 💻).

I’m quite introverted and generally enjoy my own space, but I’m friendly and always happy to have a chat if we bump into each other in the shared areas. If we get along and connect, I’d also be more than happy to hang out from time to time. 🥰

I don’t tend to have many guests, although I may occasionally have someone over. I like to keep the shared spaces, particularly the kitchen and bathroom, clean and tidy. I’m also very respectful of other people’s space, privacy and belongings, and would appreciate the same in return. 🤍

🚬 Smoking: I occasionally smoke indoors, but strictly in my own room and never in shared spaces. I’m also okay with you doing the same in your room, provided it is kept clean and well-maintained.
