Beautiful, spacious loft room with its own private en-suite, just 2 minutes’ walk from Leyton Underground Station.

The room has recently been redecorated and is bright, comfortable and spacious, with two skylights and plenty of room around the bed.

It comes fully furnished with a plenty of storage – 27 drawers plus a wardrobe, as well as a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Netflix, NOW, and BBC iPlayer included. Philips Hue smart lighting allows you to adjust the brightness, warmth and colour of the room from your phone.

The room has a private en-suite bathroom, so there’s no need to share a bathroom with the rest of the house.

The house

You’ll also have full use of the shared kitchen, pantry, dining room, lounge and garden/patio, as well as a washing machine and heated drying rack.

There are 3 housemates in their mid-to-late 30s and there’s a nice balance: everyone has their own space and independence, but we’ll also stop for a chat or occasionally spend time together when it happens naturally. There’s no expectation to socialise.

Location

The house is just 2 minutes’ walk from Leyton Underground Station, with quick access to central London via the Central line, including Night Tube services at weekends. There are also several bus routes from the station and night buses serving the area.

There’s a 24-hour corner shop at the end of the road, while Leyton Mills Retail Park is just 5–10 minutes’ walk away, with a large ASDA, gym and other shops. You’ll also be within a 5-minute walk of Coronation Gardens and Drapers Field, around 10 minutes from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and approximately 15 minutes on foot from Westfield Stratford City.
