Description
Looking for a new housemate to join me in my rented flat based on Francis Road, Leyton, East London.
The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is furnished! Looking for a girl to share with who is similar age (31 years old) and wants a chill home, likes a party, loves the tele and an easy going vibe! As its just two us, its super chill with friends coming and going.
House comes with everything apart from room belongings.
I work in set building at Drama School so i don’t work from home, working mon to fri.
The flat comes with a garden and a basement so plenty of space for storage. Also the basement is converted in a studio/ workspace if you like a bit of making!
A bit about me! I’ve lived in London for 9 years! I’m a social girl, who loves making stuff, socialising with friends at the pub, eating lots of delish food, and loves movies.
