The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor studio used for workouts.

The main bedroom has a double bed, Emma mattress, dressing table and wardrobes with hanging storage.

The second bedroom has a single bed and can be used for working from home (we are happy to add a desk for you). It may be perfect for a cot if you have a baby.

The bathroom has a bath, and shower, and downstairs has an under-stairs WC.

The ground floor is an open plan kitchen living space, with a modernist wooden kitchen, NEFF appliances and a dining area. The living space has a large TV, sofa and arm chairs.

The kitchen backs into a terrace which has bistro furniture, a lawn and an outdoor studio, which is currently being used as a workout / Pilates space. There are weights and a step available for you to use.

The home is a couple of minutes from the vibrant Tilbury Yard, where you can find restaurants such as Azra and Burnt, Crumbs and Wins bakeries, coffee shops Tun and Perky Blenders, ice cream favourites Chunk Provisions and local bars Swirl for wine and Chop Shop tavern for beers, cocktails and live music.

The property backs onto a small park and is also a 7 min walk from Leyton Midland Overground which connects to Blackhorse Road in 5 mins for the Victoria line, or frequent local busses at the end of the road.
