You'll have your own room with a comfortable double bed, plus use of the living room, the modern kitchen (gas hob, Bosch oven), the bathroom with bath and shower, and the garden. The internet is good and reliable.

Transport and shops are close by. Leyton station (Central line) is a short walk, and the Elizabeth line is within walking distance at both Maryland and Stratford. Stratford International is about 15 minutes on foot, and Westfield Stratford City is close by for shopping, gyms and restaurants.

All bills are included, so there's one simple monthly payment.

Ideally a non-drinker, and no pork in the home.
