Single and Double room for rent. The rooms are equipped with wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair, desk lamp, TV. The rooms is located on the second floor with a bathroom facility for sharing. The rooms have good lighting, ventilation and heating. It is accessible to WiFi. The house is a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom property with a living and dining room, a large kitchen and utility/laundry room. There is also a front and back garden. We are relax and easy going. We are seeking honest, respectable, approachable friendly individuals, who do not mind living with a family of 4 (professional people) and a female Tuxedo cat Sparkle who stays away from the room unless invited up. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with good links to the tube & railway station (Leyton, leytonstone central line)Leyton midland station, Stratford International and Westfield Shopping centre and the Olympic park. It is Five minutes walk from the local Leisure centre (gym, swim etc), beauty salons/barbers, restaurants/bars, supermarkets and other shops. There is also a football club and two hospitals within very close proximity. Other local attractions include libraries, historic churches, museums, malls and night clubs; Lea Valley Park for ice skating, bike riding, walking, horse riding, tennis, and golf. Epping Forest is nearby for hiking, riding and picnics.
