Beautiful room in huge gorgeous flat - until 23-08

A beautiful double room, overlooking the garden, in a gorgeous flat, in a quiet leafy street in Leytonstone. Wooden floors and loads of light. I've been lucky enough to live in this flat for almost a year, and it's honestly been the most beautiful flat i've ever lived in! But now I'm moving in with my boyfriend so looking for someone to make it their home until 23rd August. The room is free now, so move-in date asap. The other flatmates are really lovely, and all work in various capacities in the film industry.

There's a friendly, homely atmosphere, but it's also peaceful and quiet, the house is really big so also good for when you need some r&r. There's a huge open-plan kitchen/ dining area leading out onto the garden, and a double living room. Inside the room is a wardrobe, double bed and bureau which has drawers for clothes and doubles as a desk.

It's a twelve minute walk to Leytonstone tube, and the central line wizzes you into central London in twenty minutes. The flat is also a few minutes walk from Hollow Ponds, part of Epping forest, so a great place to jog/ have a picnic on summery days. There are some really great pubs and cafes in Leytonstone, the Red Lion is a favourite.
