The flat is located on a quiet street 12 mins walk from Leytonstone tube station and 20 mins walk to Stratford. You can always use a bus and get to either Leyton or Leytonstone in 8 mins or Stratford in 15mins
Rent : £520 (includes fast WIFI, council tax and water)
Rent doesn't include EDF (gas and electricity which depends on usage.
