My name is Mary. My current flat mate is sadly moving out on 31st October. I am looking for someone to rent my current flat with me as I love living here.
The room available is a small double. It has a double wardrobe.
We have plenty of living space with a separate kitchen and living area which can be hard to find in London especially in a 2 bed flat.
The flat is a 5 minute walk to Leytonstone tube station and is in a quiet residential area.
I am a nurse so I work long hours. I like the flat to be kept nice and tidy. I am a sociable person but also like my own space. Even though the bedroom is small, the living room is free pretty much every evening as I am generally out. When I am not working weekends I tend to be away travelling.
I have a really nice landlord who has always been very helpful. It will be essential that they meet you and are happy with the references you provide.
Whipps Cross Hospital, Hollow Ponds, 24 hr Tesco and Leytonstone Leisure Centre are all within walking distance.
