Hello. Large furnished double room with storage, in a spacious, clean and peaceful two bed house. The upstairs bathroom is a few feet from your bedroom. There's a downstairs toilet for my sole use. I'm the only other occupant.

I'm very easy-going, always available to help, respectful of diversity and other people's lifestyles.

There's no shared living room, as this is one of the spaces I work in.

This let is only for someone who works away from home Mon- Fri approx 9am-6pm. No work from home.

This is because I work from home Monday to Friday approx 9am-6pm, holding in-person meetings.

This room would suit someone who enjoys their privacy, and who doesn't cook a lot.

10 minute walk/2 min bus ride to Leytonstone Station on the Central Line, 20 mins to Liverpool Street, 25 mins to Oxford Street. Easy connection to Elizabeth Line from Stratford or Maryland Stations.

Leytonstone High Road Overground is 5 minute walk away (8 minutes to Blackhorse Road - Victoria line connection, 25 minutes to Kings Cross).

Shops, restaurants and takeaways less than 5 minutes walk.

Wanstead flats/Epping Forest 2 mins away.

I have a quiet cat.
