Hello. Large furnished double room with storage, in a spacious, clean and peaceful two bed house.

I'm the only other occupant. I'm very easy-going, respectful of all diversity and other people's lifestyles, left-leaning and liberal.

The upstairs bathroom/toilet is a few feet from your bedroom. There's a downstairs loo for my sole use.

There's no shared living room, as this is one of the spaces I work in.

This let is only for someone who works away from home Mon- Fri approx 9am-6pm. No WFH.

This is because I work from home Monday to Friday approx 9am-6pm, often holding in-person meetings, sometimes online.

A lower rent is possible for the right person. This room would suit someone who enjoys their privacy, and who doesn't cook a lot.

Washing machine/dryer and normal kitchen facilities.

10 minute walk/2 min bus ride to Leytonstone Station on the Central Line 25 mins to Oxford Street/Central London.

Easy connection to Stratford/Elizabeth Line.

Leytonstone High Road Overground is 5 minute walk away (8 minutes to Blackhorse Road/Victoria line connection, 25 minutes to Kings Cross/Euston).

Shops, restaurants and takeaways less than 5 minutes walk.

Wanstead flats/Epping Forest 2 mins away.

I have a quiet cat.
