The vibrant local area features many varied pubs, restaurants, local shops and Tesco Metro, all within walking distance of the property.
The rent is £500 per calendar month, which includes all bills, council tax, utilities and Wi-Fi.
We require a deposit of one month's rent upfront.
The house is currently occupied by one female ledger she is an IT professional very friendly and clean.
Please note that we are not looking to rent to couples or self-employed people and cannot accommodate pets.
