Hi everyone,

I’ve got a room available in a two bedroom flat. The house is located on the ground floor with a big garden in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a minute walk from Leytonstone station. Shops are a 5 minute walk away. The house is pet friendly. There is a cat living here who is fine with dogs (and loves to cuddle). The Epping Forest is a 10 min walk from the house. There is an empty parking spot that comes with the house.

Price is 600 a month, bills are roughly 50 pounds (excluding council tax). The room will initially be rented out with a 3 month contract, with a possible extension. The room comes furnished, but can also be cleared out if required.

I am a quiet and easy going guy and both like to socialise or have time for myself. I am originally from the Netherlands and recently moved to London. I have previously been working as a personal trainer. I enjoy creative things, like painting and playing piano, playing board games, cooking (I am vegan) and being outdoors. I don't drink/smoke.
