It is a 2 bedroom flat with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, own garden (which you can access from the kitchen or your bedroom) and a basement where your belongings can be stored if the need arises.

Leytonstone tube station (Central Line) and the bus station are just a 4-minute walking distance from the flat. It’s about 30 mins to get into Central London with the Central Line.
Leytonstone High Road station is also very close by, about 6 mins walk away.
The town centre is a short walk away where you can find everything you need from coffee shops to off-license, restaurants, grocery stores, local Sainsbury’s, nail shops and hairdressers. Tesco supermarket is also not far, estimated 10 mins walk away.
