This is a large studio room with fitted kitchen, south facing and bright. Very comfortable and feels spacious due to long hallway. Bathroom with washing machine. First floor with shared entrance on ground floor. Photos show it as it has been used recently as a living room rather than with a bed/sofabed. Furniture to be arranged, i. e. depends on what is required. It can be empty or part-furnished, or completely furnished.

Although the space is entirely self-contained, and fully sound-proofed, it is on the side of our house, with access through the main front door and staircase. Therefore we are looking for someone quiet and discreet, who wants their space respected as much as we do! But it has always been very successfully rented out for nearly 20 years and everyone who has lived there has enjoyed it. No outside space though, but very nice outlook. Possible parking space at the front.

Rent includes all bills except gas, so council tax, wifi, water and electric are covered. Low deposit considered. Responsible, reliable and trustworthy person is more important.
