We are a caring, considerate and community-minded household looking for a new housemate!

The available room is a comfortably sized double room with an ensuite shower and garden access in a friendly home.

The five-bedroom house features a bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room, kitchen and well-tended garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house is generally well-facilitated.

We are located 5 minutes’ walk from Leytonstone Underground Station (Central Line) and Leytonstone Overground Station (Suffragette Line). Two minutes away is the High Street, which features a diverse range of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. Walk a little further and you will find yourself on Wanstead Flats at the tip of Epping Forest.
As housemates we maintain a tidy, relaxing and supportive environment. We celebrate birthdays and other events together and have the occasional bring and share dinner, yet we are mindful of each other’s privacy and independence too. We enjoy a range of activities including gardening, cooking, exercising, reading, watching films and live music.

We are looking for someone thoughtful, responsible and kind, and though there is some capacity for WFH we have a preference for someone who works primarily out of the house.
