Spacious room in flat with garden

Short term let.
a good sized double room and use of entire flat most the time as I am only there a few days per week.

There are coffee shops and gym near by.

Less than 10 minutes walk to Leytonstone station on the central line, great transport links.

The living space is bigger than it looks in the photo.

I also have a study (not in the photos) I work from 3-4 days a week.

I’m looking for an easy going flatmate or couple.

I enjoy a chilled positive environment, although love to play music when cooking. I love a clean and tidy flat so would like a flatmate that’s happy to clean too :)

Available for 1-2 months as I am selling the flat in December or January.
