Peaceful Double room with parking

A double room that can come furnished or unfurnished, it get beautiful morning light. The flat comprises of a large living room/dining room. 1 bathroom with a double with shower. Kitchen with oven, gas hob and dishwasher. There is a communal gardens that wrap around the property and free parking if needed. Since it is set off the road, has no building close and an allotment behind it the flat itself is pretty peaceful, more likely to hear the foxes and squirrels over anything else. The flat is only a couple of mins walk for the central line and a mega Tescos. You would be sharing with me and my cat Igor and I would be looking for someone who I can get along with and could head to the pub or chat to of an evening. This is an inclusive home and anyone is welcome!

There is not a set move in date or length of stay , that is very flexible.
