Cute 2 bed flat near Leytonstone station

I'm living in a great 2 bed flat in Leytonstone with a good friend but sadly my housemate got married and moved out. The flat has a great open plan kitchen/living room and a nice bathroom. There is a cute garden with a shed and a covered area for hosting in summer. There is also have a small little room with two desks in that's used as an office. I like a social vibe in the flat - it's a home not just a place to sleep, so like hanging out and cooking together with housemates. I like keeping the flat clean and tidy. Besides the obvious seeing friends, I'm into activism, music, reading and cooking - have a nice hifi and record player if that's your vibe too.
