THIS SHARE INCLUDES::
• YOUR OWN SOLE USE FRIDGE/FREEZER AND LARGE FOOD CUPBOARD in the large kitchen;
• share of a bright, modern kitchen (microwave, electric oven, gas hob, air fryer, slow cooker washing machine);
• a paved garden area;
• a separate, shared family bathroom and toilet right next to the bedroom, or a shower room and toilet upstairs to choose from.

SHARING WITH three other professional men: two older, single, gay men and one younger man.

Please note: this is not a 'buy to let' or commercial property, it is a home. It really would suit someone who likes living independently, harmoniously and peacefully.

£790 pcm (one month in advance; no deposit), including all bills: council tax (band ‘D’), gas, electricity, water and unlimited high speed broadband.

PLEASE NOTE: (1) our guest must be employed; (2) we cannot accommodate: shift workers, people who work full time from home, pets, or smokers.

The tenant will need to clean their own room weekly.

SHORT-TERM LETS
This will be considered (minimum 3 months) at £900 pcm, but the entire amount for the stay (i. e., £2700 is payable in advance, before the short term commencement of the tenancy.

REQUIREMENT OF ALL TENANCIES:
• In all cases, a standard contract and room inventory will need to be signed;
• It is essential that proof of identity (original passport) and two references (one of which must be from a current employer) are provided BEFORE MOVING IN.
