This will be available from 15th December for a single female only and is £900 inclusive of all bills The house is in Leytonstone just 9 mins walk from the tube that takes only 5 mins to Stratford, 15 mins to Liverpool street and 20 mins to Tottenham court road station.

The room overlooks the garden and shares the kitchen with one other female lodger.

Linen is available for all rooms and both kitchens have a fridge, freezer and washing machine and all crockery and pans etc. Bills are all included: gas, electric, council tax, water and broadband
Leytonstone is a vibrant and multicultural neighbourhood that has a real sense of community ad is an area with lots going on - in terms of community events, places to eat and drink and lovely green spaces. Transport links are also really great with lots of options (tube, trains and a bus outside the front door). The area feels safe as a woman returning home late.
