Cosy double bedroom in spacious Victorian house

The cosy double room overlooks the garden (with a view of the shard and lights of London and the local foxes). The room is fully furnished with a very comfy double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Linen and towels are provided unless you don't need.

A small kitchen (shared with one other room) with everything you need adjoins the room including table and chairs. washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Next door to that is a shared bathroom with bath and shower. You are also welcome to use the large ground floor kitchen and garden. The house is fully furnished so this room would particularly suit someone who needs a calm, safe and homely space to call home on a short term basis.

The large Victorian house has lots of character and is near the central line tube in Leytonstone (just 9 mins from the tube) and is beautiful and spacious with original features throughout and lots of light. There are four double bedrooms, two kitchens, two bathrooms, large living space and a large garden with lots of light as well as a free parking space (please indicate in your message if you would need to use this)

The owner Jenny lives at the property with her male partner and two other female tenants. The upstairs kitchen is shared between two tenants. Both kitchens are well equipped.

Leytonstone is a vibrant and multicultural neighbourhood that is becoming quite cool and is an area with lots going on - in terms of community events, places to eat and drink and lovely green spaces. Transport links are also really great with lots of options (tube, trains and a bus outside the front door). The area feels safe as a woman returning home late.

Bills are all included: gas, electric, council tax, water and broadband

Tenants are expected to clean shared areas or contribute to the cost of a cleaner once a month (of approx £40).
