Hi everyone! I'm letting out my spare room (live-in landlord here). It's a decent sized single room in a nice, light modern interior house. It has a cosy atmosphere and is decorated in modern Scandinavian inspired style - white walls and wooden floors, with lots of plants.

The room for a short term let (max 6 months)

The House is situated opposite Wanstead Flat, the southernmost portion of Epping Forest. So plenty of greenery walks for those who like an escape into nature. It is a two-bedroom house with facilities including lounge/kitchen/dining room/garden and a very relaxing bathroom. 10 mins walk from Forest Gate, or 15 mins walk from Leytonstone.

The area maintains a residential charm, making it popular among families, professionals, and individuals seeking a peaceful yet connected place to live.

About me I'm a laid back, sociable individual, who enjoys cooking, art, music, gardening, plenty of walks, and I'm keen to share a glass of wine here and there. I work as a freelancer, and I travel to work often.

The house does not have a car park but we can apply for a parking permit if necessary. Unfortunately there are no particular accommodations to help those with accessibility needs, apologies. The property has no intercom and I'm not accepting housing benefits.
