Short term festive sublet, available from December 20th to Jan 1st, while I am away. Dates can be flexible to suit your needs.

Large room on top floor of shared house, with ensuite bathroom and shower, and walk in wardrobe and king size bed.

You will mostly have the house to yourself as usual housemates are away for most of Christmas as well, you just need to be happy to feed our friendly cat Mog.

Looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of the space and ideally loves cats.

Clean, modern home with shared kitchen, living room, dining room, garden, lots of plants and space. Use of a small office room with desk and screen will also be available.

In quiet part of Leytonstone, close to Unity Café and the Heathcote & Star Pub, and Francis Rd. 5-10 mins walk to Leytonstone Central Line Underground, and Leytonstone High Rd overground.

All Bills included, rent is £250 per week, with a £250 security deposit, returnable when you leave.
