Small double room available in 3 person (total) househsare in Leytonstone, available 15th September.

Located in the heart of Leytonstone, close to loved local spots and supermarkets, this double room is bright and comes equipped with a bed, clothing rail and small bedside cabinet. There's also a large kitchen and living room, equipped with TV / Xbox, ammenities and cooking equipment. There’s a cheap gym at 300 yards away at the top of the road and the house has a garage we use to store things. Alongside this we have access to a garden that we’re looking to sort out for the summer. You're about a 5 mins from the central line (Leytonstone) which is 30 mins ish from the center.

We're a friendly pair, looking for a clean, quiet and communicative professional who works sociable hours. We love to hang out both in and outside the house but are respectful of eachother's space. We're big into cooking, gaming, sports and keeping fit, alongside films, books and TV.

We're looking also to make some changes around the house and have a good rapport with the landlord, so would like someone who's willing to make the place a home and be respectful to the space.

If you work from home there's a desk currently in the living room and we're not averse to changing the layout there to accommodate your needs!

Bills usually come to around 30/40 per person for gas and electric, 10 for internet and 13 for water. No deposit required.
